Rookie Blue revolves the five rookie cops who have just graduated from the Academy. They must learn not only to deal with their duties as police officers, but also deal with the problems and expectation of their families and friends. The last episode talk about, Andy is worried that her personal problems are clouding her professional judgment when a woman is brutally attacked on her watch. Detective Luke Callaghan is convinced that it’s the same suspect when the details of assault are alarmingly similar to the unsolved murder of a rookie. Ironically, Andy is caught in between dueling theories of the crimes, one supported by Luke, the other by Jo Rosati. But when Luke is booted from the investigation because of erratic behavior, he tries to get Andy to follow through on his hunch, putting her in serious danger. 

On the current episode, Gail and Traci apprehend a man who mysteriously collapses at the station which in turn places Division 15 under quarantine. Andy and Swarek are after a brutal bank robber and his partner but it will take some out-of-the-box thinking to solve this crime. Dov goes out on a first date with the bomb tech that saved his life.
